Theresa Anne Samulski

DURHAM: Mrs. Theresa Rau Samulski, 51, of Durham, died on Sunday, May 19, 2013.Theresa was born in Escambia County, Florida to the late Paul Joseph Rau and Anne Doris Rau. She was an early childhood educator for over 20 years. She attended Our Savior Lutheran Church.Theresa is survived by her daughter, Regina Martinez (Emanuel) of Raleigh; son, David Samulski of Rome, Italy; three brothers, Andrew Rau (Suzanne) of Mauldin S.C., Michael Rau of Greenville, SC and James Rau (Brenda) of Lewisville, N.C.; and a grandson, Jakob Martinez.Memorial services will be held at Hudson Funeral Chapel in Durham, Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 2:00. Pastor Jill King, from Our Savior Lutheran Church, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at www.cff.org or SPCA of Durham at www.apsofdurham.org.
