OXFORD- Mr. Tyler Jay Brogden, 21, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018.Tyler was born April 28, 1996 in Durham, NC to Johnny and Leslie Brogden. He was a graduate of Granville Central High School Class of 2015. Tyler loved to help people putting everyone before himself. He wore his great big heart on his sleeve. Tyler liked to joke with his friends and family. He was very funny. He loved animals. Tyler will be remembered as a loving son and protective brother who is deeply loved and will be deeply missed by everyone blessed to have known him. His smile and wonderful personality will always be remembered.Tyler is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Brenda Brogden; maternal grandparents, Richard an Kathy Hill.Tyler is survived by his parents, Johnny and Leslie Brogden; siblings, Carrie Hill, LeAnn Brogden (Tyler Rogers), Brianna Brogden and Isaac Brogden; paternal grandfather, Johnny Brogden, Sr.; maternal great grandmother, Clara Hill; niece, Katherine Barber; nephews, Zachary Raub and Jason Rogers; uncle, Brian French; aunts, Amy Lane (Curtis), Stacy Dillard (Danny), Kourtney Champion (Jason), Barbara French, Ann Lane (Keith); cousins, Jordan Lane, Daniel Dillard, Katie Dillard, Johnny Bunn, Dalton Lane, Aubreigh Harr, Jayce Riley, Renee Schoombee (Raymond), Matt Lane, Shannon Hill Rhew (Justin) and numerous other loving family members and friends.Pallbearers will be Johnny Brogden, Isaac Brogden, Danny Dillard, Daniel Dillard, Curtis Lane, Tyler Rogers and Casey Lynch.Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Billy Davis. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens.
