Vandoris Bunn Adams

DURHAM Mrs. Vandoris B. Adams, 90, of Durham, died on Monday, July 3, 2017.

Mrs. Adams was born in Johnston County, the daughter of the late Herman Odell Bunn and Essie Moore Bunn. She retired from Swift Packaging Company. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, where she formerly served on the Bus Ministry, taught a children’s Sunday School class and sang in the choir. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Nathaniel Adams.

She is survived by her two sons, Kelly Adams and Marc Adams; two sisters, Barbara Norwood and Carolyn Ann Bunn; two grandchildren, Tracey Price, Jeremy Adams and 7 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 12 noon at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. Devon Blanton will officiate.
