Verlon Hugh Leverett

Verlon Leverett (56) departed this earthly life on Friday, October 23, 2015. He left his home in Macon, Georgia in the ‘80s and created a new home in Durham, NC. Verlon was a Past Master and 25 year active member of the Fellowship Masonic Lodge #687. He was also a member of Durham York Rite Bodies. Verlon was an avid hunter of restaurants. He enjoyed dining out and sharing his recommendations with his friends. Graveside services with Masonic Rites will be held Friday at 2pm at Raleigh Memorial Park. Rev Mark Stephens will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers are acceptable or memorial gifts may be made to the Masonic Home for Children.
