Wayne George Sprake

CREEDMOOR- Mr. Wayne George Sprake, 62, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019  at his home.

Mr. Sprake was born March 28, 1956 to William and Inez Sprake nee Roberts in Kentville, Nova Scotia. As a young man he moved to Prince Edward Island where he worked as a fisherman and with public works. In the early 1990s he moved to North Carolina. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved his Harley’s and PEI Lobster. Mr. Sprake was a Route Technician with Allen Amusements.

Mr. Sprake is preceded in death by his parents, William and Inez Sprake and brother Donnie.

Mr Sprake is survived by his cherished daughter, Kristy Hambly of Prince Edward Island.

Also survived by siblings Juanita, Ira, Floyd, Brenda, Carl, Betty, Bill, Bobby, Darrell, Darlene and Russell  and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his numerous friends from near and far.

Memorial services be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Bralie’s Sports Bar, 4707 Hillsborough Road, Durham, NC 27705
