Willie Carl Colclough, Jr.

MORRISVILLE- Mr. Willie Carl Colclough, 99, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at his home.

Mr. Colclough was born March 24, 1922 to the late Willie and Lucy Colclough in Durham, NC. He proudly served his country in the United States Army Air Corp. Mr. Colclough retired from American Tobacco after 40 years. He was a lifelong member of Cedar Fork Baptist Church. Mr. Colclough enjoyed gardening. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Mr. Colclough is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Anita Boyles Colclough; brothers, Leo Colclough, Lewis Colclough, Woodrow Colclough, Edison Colclough and Pete Colough; sisters, Catherine Yeleerton, Nanie Mae O’Neal, Elaine Ward and Lucy Smith; niece, Sandra Carver.

Mr. Colclough is survived by his sons, Bruce Colclough and Barry Colclough (Paige); daughter, Barbara Colclough Johnson (Randy); grandchildren, Matthew Johnson, Emma Johnson, Cody Colclough, Alexandria Colclough and Sarah Colclough; sister-in-law, Eunice Colclough.

A visitation will be held an hour prior from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Hudson Funeral Home

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Rev. Frank Ron Zedick.
