Arlene Lila Snyder

Mrs. Arlene L. Snyder, of Durham, NC, formerly of Orangeburg, NY, passed away on January 18, 2018, in North Carolina. Loving mother of Scott, Eric and Leslie, grandmother to Julia, Gregory, Shira, Zoe and Huxley, sister to Phyllis Hochheiser, aunt to Stephen, Paul and Beth Ann, mother-in-law to Rachelle, Loretta and Rachel.
Mrs. Snyder worked as a secretary and homemaker. She was an avid Mah Jongg player and enjoyed performing in plays put on by her temple and, in later years, performing theatrical monologues in her theater group.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 22, 2018, at 10 AM, at the Chapel at King Solomon Memorial Park, 550 Dwasline Road, Clifton, NJ. Interment will follow at the family plot.
Shiva will be observed on Monday, January 22, 2018, 5 PM to 9 PM, and Tuesday, January 23, 2018, 10 AM to 7 PM, at the home of Eric and Loretta Snyder.
