Billy Lee Roy Riggs

ROXBORO- Mr. Billy Lee Roy Riggs, 84, passed away on May 25, 2022.

Billy was born March 2, 1938, son of the late Thomas and Gladys Smith Riggs. He loved old cars and was a great handyman. He was a good cook and enjoyed spending time with his family. Billy will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Riggs was preceded in death by his brother, T.J. Riggs; and sister Juanita Vaughan.

Mr. Riggs is survived by his wife of 51 years, Vivian Clayton Riggs; daughter, Susan Riggs; brother, Robert Riggs (Mary); and K-9 companion, Topper.
