Cheryl Frick Moreland

Cheryl Frick Moreland, 62, of Vero Beach, Florida, went to be with Jesus, July 10, 2022, at the Jim and Betsy Bryan Hospice Home of UNC Health Care with her mother by her side.

Cheryl was born in Durham, N.C. to Vester Lee Frick and Carolyn Oakley Frick.

Cheryl was employed with the Shriner’s Hospital for Children for over five years. She enjoyed traveling and taking lots of pictures as well as helping the elderly when she could. She loved her family including her rescue dog Alex.

She is preceded in death by her father.

Cheryl is survived by her mother Carolyn Rigsbee; brother, Mike Frick; niece, Rachel Phelps and husband Cole; nephews, Benjamin and Matthew Frick.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday July 17, 2022, at 3 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Bill Davis.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Janice and Kay for their loving care and support during Cheryl illness.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children or the Autism Society of North Carolina.
