The greatest gift God gave us was a mother and father, when we loose them ,we will never be the same again but through God`s promise we shall be reunited in Heaven. I know your hurting but we always have our memories and that will get us through these trying times. I`m very sorry for your loss.

Pop was always smiling and happy. Most memories are the ball field and or the lake. He was always “The Claw” to the kids and Dylan loved playing that game and seeing him at the ball field. He is rejoicing with loved ones already gone before him today and always. Love to all of you . Peace and comfort the days ahead Sherri

Eddie Lee, Pam, Guy & Kim: I'm so sorry to hear that Uncle Ed has passed. He was truly one of a kind! I have so many fond memories of him. The many family camping trips to the lake back in the day & the fun times we all shared at the family beach houses at Holden Beach. Holidays & especially Christmas! He could fix anything that was broken & make it new again. Most of all my memories of Uncle Ed was his caring & compassion for his family & friends. His unwaivering love & dedication to Aunt Delores "Dub" during their marriage & especially after her surgery was a true testament of what a loving marriage should be. My family was so grateful for his kindness when my Dad passed away & he would always check on Mama & help her out with anything she needed. He will truly be missed by so many! Praying for you all! Love you! Jennifer & Ed Detweiler Chelsea, Stephanie & Steven
