Ernest Lester “Ernie” Raynor

DURHAM- Mr. Ernest “Ernie” Lester Raynor, 61, passed away on September 12, 2021.

Mr. Raynor was born March 18, 1960, to Ann Davis Dunn and the late Lawrence Raynor in Durham, NC. Ernie loved to watch TV. He was an avid race fan of Mark Martin and was a Carolina Tarheel Fan. Ernie will be missed dearly.

In addition to his father, Ernie is preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Raynor.

Ernie is survived by his mother, Ann Davis Dunn of Durham, NC; nieces, Kathy Spell, Harley Raynor, and Kessie Raynor; and nephews, Joshua Sessoms, Hank Raynor, and Nolyn Raynor.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Morehead Hills Apartments, 500 Cobb St., Durham, NC 27701.
