Sadly, I heard this morning that he passed away. As a restaurant operator, Garland helped me get out of many stressful equipment moments and in the process taught me a lot. He always returned my calls and would try to coach me over the phone on how to troubleshoot a problem. He was a rare master in his trade. Garland, your heart and passion will be missed. Godspeed!

I don’t even know where to begin. Garland ( g man) and I worked together for 10 yrs. I can never repay the valuable knowledge he gave me to further my career. He was always there for me when I needed help. I could always call him and talk about anything from work to our personal lives. He always had us laughing and having a good time. There is and always will be only one GMan!!! Love you brother! Rest easy.

Garland was a much loved sight when he would pull into my facility to work on HVAC units for us. He was a hard working man that could always make you laugh. He brightened everyone's day just by being himself. He will be missed. Prayers to all his family and friends.
