I am sorry to learn of Glady's passing. I know she is definitely with the Lord. She and her family (Phipps and George) have blessed me in so many ways since I was 6 years old. There are so many loving sweet memories of her. God bless you
Ken and Debbie Ferrell left a message on April 3, 2020:
She was such a wonderful, sweet Christian woman. When I was much younger she was always so kind and loving to me, she was one of my favorites at church. I remember wanting to grow up and be like her. I know this is a terrible loss for her boys and family. Praying for you all. She was much beloved.

Dear Family, I am sad to read about Gladys’ passing. She was my mother’s (Mildred Peebles Thomas) first cousin. They loved each other. When Mom was dying, she encouraged me to remember Gladys. I’m so glad that I was able to visit her in her home and talk with her on the phone several times. My deepest sympathy to all her family. I can only imagine how thrilled she is to be with her Lord. Gladys was a saint and a precious lady. Love and prayers, Phyllis Thomas Immanuel

Gladys was dear to us and especially to our son, Tommy. She and Buck treated Tommy like he was their blood grandson. He felt the same about them. Tommy, Liz, and the girls spent many holidays with visitation and have many fond memories of her love for them. We loved her grace. Keith and Avis Morrow
