Ilona Engel Fuchs

Mrs. Ilona Engel Fuchs, 98, of Chapel Hill, died on Sunday, August 28, 2016.
Mrs. Fuchs was born in Kistokaj,Hungary, the daughter of the late Salomon Engel and Flora Szasz Engel. She taught clothing design.
She is survived by her son, Henry Fuchs;daughter, Marta Fuchs;four grandchildren, Jacob Winik, Sophie Winik,Samuel Mintzer Fuchs, and Miriam Mintzer Fuchs.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kehillah Synagogue. Rabbi Frank Fisher will officiate. Interment will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Home of Peace Memorial Park Chapel in Los Angeles, California.
