James (Jimmy) Boycher, Jr.

DURHAM-James “Jimmy” Alfred Boycher, Jr. 68, of Durham died on Thursday, December 27, 2012. He was the son of the late James Alfred Boycher, Sr. and Violet Poe Boycher. He was a former employee of Merita Bread, member of the AARP and a Big Duke Fan. He was preceded in death by his daughter Deidre Boycher and sister Susie Boycher.He is survived by two sons, Todd Boycher (Cindy) of Roxboro; Ken Boycher (Beth) of Rougemont; four daughters, Angelia Ellis (Michael) of Hillsborough; Julie Matthews (Johnnie) of Oxford; Cheryl Starnes (Danny) of Durham; Crystal Boycher (Dante McCain) of Durham, fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Maplewood Cemetery. Rev. Keith Kimball will officiate.The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers are acceptable.
