Jeremy Wayne Oakley Jeremy Wayne Oakley, 31, of 1303 Kent Road, died at his home. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Patty Hucks and maternal grandmother, Rachel Travers. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his father, Jerry Oakley of Raleigh; his mother, Marsha Travers of Raleigh; his wife, Joni P. Oakley of Franklinton; three daughters, Mackenzie Oakley, Phoenix Oakley and Tyler Oakley all of Franklinton; paternal grandfather, Jesse Oakley of Maryland, paternal great-grandmother, Ester Oakley of Wendell and maternal grandfather, Perry Travers of Durham. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Floyd Jackson.
