Jewell Wrenn Holloway

DURHAM- Mrs. Jewell Lee Wrenn Holloway, 91, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019.

Mrs. Holloway was born July 31, 1927 to Thomas and Laura Wrenn in Durham, NC. She has lived here all her life and was a member of the Plainview Baptist Church. Mrs. Holloway will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Mrs. Holloway is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Laura Wrenn; husband, Harold Holloway; brothers, Herbert “Sonny” Wrenn, Cecil Wrenn.

Mrs. Holloway is survived by her sister, Wilma Wrenn Bock, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 at Hudson Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Creedmoor Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Reverend Doug Nalley.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Duke HomeCare & Hospice at 4321 Medical Park Drive, Suite 101 Durham, NC 27704.
