Lisabeth Marie Holloway

HOLLOWAYDURHAM Mrs. Lisabeth Marie Holloway, 85, of Durham, died on Wednesday, February 3, 2011. She was born in Mitchell, South Dakota, lived for many years in Philadelphia, Pa. and relocated to Boone in 1992, and moved to Durham in 2010.She was the Author and Editor of several books on historical information on Doctors in the United States before 1907. She worked for many years in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatry and the College of Physicians and Surgeons. She volunteered at the Germantown Historical Society.She is survived by her husband, George Holloway; two sons, Jim Holloway and wife, Linda Varblow of Chapel Hill and George N. Holloway of Hallandale Beach. Fla.; two grandchildren, Jesse and Jonah Holloway.A memorial service will be held at a later date.
