Melvin Bernard Spiegelman

Mr. Melvin Bernard Spiegelman, 92 of Cary, died on Saturday, May 19, 2018.
Mr. Spiegelman was born in St. Louis, MO, the son of the late Samuel and Bertha Shucart Spiegelman. He served in the U. S. Navy and was a World War II Veteran. He retired after 32 years with Dow Chemical Company. He was an active member of the Senior Core of Retired Executives (SCORE); volunteered with Healing Place and was a Mason. He was a member of the Judea Reform Congregation.
He is survived by his son, Bruce Spiegelman; daughter, Beth Burnett (Bill); sister, Carol Bartfeld; daughter-in-law, Teresa Harms; grandchildren, Blair Burnett, Ryan Spiegelman, Amanda Felicia (John) and great-step-grandson, Brayden Felicia.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the Judea Reform Congregation Cemetery. Pallbearers will be William Burnett, Larry Clark, Bruce Spiegelman and Ryan Spiegelman.
