FOREHANDAPEX Mr. Roger Wayne Forehand, 51, of 380 Markham Plantation, died on Sunday, May 15, 2011.Roger had a generous and beautiful soul that loved his family and friends. He was employed with Red Hat as a Senior Communications Engineer. He was a member of the Phoenix Motorcycle Club and volunteered with the Carolina Care Bullies.He is survived by his parents, Rev. Kenneth and Barbara Forehand; his fiancée, Frances Thomas of Apex; two sisters, Kendra F. Clay (Rodney) of Durham and Karen F. Mayhew (Steve) of Hillsborough.Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel, officiated by Dr. Farrell Osborne and Rev. Kenneth Forehand. Burial will be in Brier Creek Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Steve Mayhew, Rodney Clay, Chris Stierle, Joe Micciche, Steve Hermans and Jerry Cain.
