Ronald Wofford Eubanks

ROCK HILL- Mr. Ronald Wofford Eubanks, 66, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017.
Mr. Eubanks was born August 4, 1951 in Spartanburg, SC to the late Foster and Betty Morris Eubanks. Following his active duty with the US Army at Fort Gordon, Georgia, where he achieved the designation of Sharpshooter (Rifle), Mr. Eubanks completed his tour of duty in the Army National Guard of North Carolina.
His father’s family was instrumental in the foundation of NASCAR, so it is not a surprise that Mr. Eubanks was a NASCAR fanatic. He always cared for his mother, and he enjoyed fishing and bird watching.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Eubanks is preceded in death by his twin brother, Stephen Foster Eubanks, and a cousin, Edward L. Deal.
Mr. Eubanks is survived by an aunt, Grace Eubanks Deal, and his cousins, Scott Morris, Lyn Morris Lozynski, Cindie Burnette Riedinger, Elizabeth Ann Deal, Donna Deal Tucker, and Dee G. Deal.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Durham, NC.
