Ronald Norman Moore

DURHAM- Mr. Ronald Norman Moore, 75, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021 at his home.

Mr. Moore was born August 7, 1945 to the late Edward and Effie Moore in Durham, NC. He retired from Prolliance then went to A-1 Auto until his final retirement. Mr. Moore loved to fish, watch wrestling and on Saturday mornings he enjoyed watching westerns. He loved his family and will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Janice Moore.

Mr. Moore is survived by his son, Eddie Moore (Shelley); daughters, Kimberly D. Crowder (Timothy E. Crowder, Sr.), Carrie L. Moore (Clemente Opico, Sr.), Christina D. Perez (Antonio); brother, Harold Moore (Patricia); 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and numerous other loving family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Timothy E. Crowder, Sr., Clemente Opico, Jr. Fernando Perez, AJ Perez, Mikey Ruiz and Clayton Ziriax.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 21, 2021 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Hugh O’Shields. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
