Tony Glenn Woodell

Mr. Tony Glenn Woodell, 58, passed away on May 23, 2022.

Tony was born April 19, 1964, the youngest son of the late Malcolm Wayne and Olivia Joyce Stell Woodell. He was a former member of Bethesda Volunteer Fire Department. Tony enjoyed listening and playing his drums to Rock and Roll music. He loved fishing, animals, and fixing things. He will be missed dearly.

Mr. Woodell is survived by his wife of 15 years, with whom he has shared his love and life for over 30 years, Joy Rubenstein; brother, Tim Woodell (Karen) of Durham, NC; sister, Tina Woodell of Timberville, VA; sister-in-law, Judy Fisher (Tom); brother-in-law, Dr. Joel Rubenstein; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens with Rev. Hugh O’Shields officiating.
