Joan, David, Jeff & Kelly Cox left a message on November 17, 2020:
Alease and Jim Andrews were our first friends when we moved from Virginia to Clemmons in 1974. Jeff and Kelly were 6 and 4, Alease was always there for them. Kelly said, "I can't imagine my childhood without Mrs. Andrews. And, Alease loved to tell stories of funny things Jeff did or said. Alease was thoughtful and caring . You never left her house without taking something with you that she wanted you to have...cookies, candy, flowers, nuts, you name it. She was a "hoot". Alease could take an ordinary situation and tell the funniest scenario about it. You never spent a dull or uninteresting moment around Alease. I feel sure that we will never know another person like Alease Andrews. She was truly one-of-a-kind! We were fortunate to have had her in our life. And, we will forever miss her.
