Tristan Alexander Cleaver

OXFORD- Mr. Tristan Alexander Cleaver, 21, passed away on October 10, 2021.

Mr. Cleaver was born June 1, 2000 in Smithfield, NC. Tristan loved riding Motorcycles and had a passion for working on them, as well as cars. He was always cracking a joke and making others laugh. He was a proud father and fiancé who loved his family and friends dearly. Tristan will be missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know him.

Tristan is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Helen Cleaver.

Tristan is survived by his mother, Dounia Cleaver (Nick); father, Justin Cleaver (Tara); maternal great-grandmother, Roseann Woodruff; maternal grandparents, Kathy and Kevin Woodruff; paternal grandfather, Buddy Cleaver; helped raise Tristan, Derek Walker; fiancée, Brianna Brogden; daughter, Sophia Cleaver; brothers, Tyler Cleaver of Burlington, NC, Donavan Cleaver of Middleport, NY, and Chase Walker of Appleton, NY; sisters, Ruby Holzman of Middleport, NY and Sally Davis of Davidson, NC; special family members, Nancy and Robert Mahaffey, Max Mahaffey, Trey Mahaffey (Britany), Leslie Brogden, Johnny Brogden, LeAnn Russell, Carrie Hosford, and Isaac Brogden; as well as several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Hudson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Billy Davis.

Flowers are welcomed or donations can be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
