Virginia Christine Dudley

FRANKLINTON Mrs. Virginia Christine Dudley, 75, of Franklinton and a former resident of Durham, died on Tuesday, January 9, 2018.

Mrs. Dudley was born in Gibson, SC the daughter of the late Joseph William Brigman and Maxine Leviner. She retired from Durham Drapery. Mrs. Dudley received her High School Diploma at 52 years old. She watched every child in Durham and raised them. She enjoyed crossed word puzzles, game shows, bowling and 60’s music.

She is survived by her sons, Cord Dudley and Bret Dowd Dudley; daughters, Jackie Hines and Melody Dudley Lane; 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Mr. Dennis Dudley will officiate.
